  • After you make your selection and complete the payment process successfully, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to you with an order confirmation number from D’decor.

  • In the rare case that your selection is out of stock, you will be intimated about the next available date. If the date is not suitable, you have the option of changing the selection or canceling your order.

  • Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway, CC Avenue. An online real–time authorization is done through the payment gateway.

  • Subject to goods being in stock, domestic shipment across India typically takes 4-5 working days.

  • We accept returns only for defective goods or those which are damaged in transit when ordered through our online store. You can also return an item if the order has taken more than 10 days to be delivered from the promised date of delivery.

  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned at any of our retail stores.

  • Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 5-7 working days after we receive and process your return. A refund confirmation will be sent to your email address.

  • To redeem your credit note, key in the code at check out. If the value of your purchase is higher than the value of the credit note, you can pay the difference with any of our payment methods.
