Exchange Policy :
In place of returns and refunds, we offer a one-time exchange option under these conditions:

- Request Timing: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of Condition: Customers must take a video of the unboxing to verify the product’s condition.
- Initiation Process: Please send us a email to enquiry@ddecor.com with your order Number and item details to initiate a exchange.
- Product Value: Exchanges are permitted for items of equivalent or higher value. Any price difference for a higher-priced item must be covered by the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Conditions :
An item is not eligible for exchange if
:
- The 7-day exchange window has passed.
- The item is not in its original condition, or tags and packaging are missing.
- The order has already shipped; as shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
No Return & Refund Policy :
D'Decor does not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final once the product is delivered and accepted in good condition.
